There is a culprit on the loose and we need to catch it: Polluting Fashion. I have made it my personal mission to find Aesthetics that meet Ethics, benefitting both the Planet and People. Sustainable fashion is a confusing topic. Therefore, I only care about circular fashion: products consumed and made consciously in a closed-loop supply chain, where ideally, all the materials are 100% compostable and carbon neutral. #ChallengeAccepted

Since November 2018 I have been thoroughly looking for answers about the meaning of Fashion in the Circular Economy. As the second biggest polluting industry, it is the first that must change 180 degrees. Flip the script. Turn its back to the bad practices and face forward to the ethical ones.
After watching the TRUE COST I knew there was no other way but to change my lifestyle. I did not buy any textiles for 1 year, wear only what I already had or borrow from a friend; and sometimes I go shopping in my mom's closet. What I have always loved to do is to write about what I learn. It always helps me clear my mind and gives me a fresh perspective on the topic at hand.
I started writing about my passions, my thoughts, and curious wonderings about our world. I founded Circular Fashion Detective™ with a mission to give others a taste of what goes on in my mind, and I have been at it ever since.
